URBAN HOME HIIT WORKOUT
Running with high knees
Keeping a nice straight back, jog on the spot, lifting your knees high (aim for your chest) pump your arms as you run. Keep moving on the spot for 30 seconds.
From a standing start, put your hands on the ground and kick your feet back so you’re in a press-up position (make sure your back is straight). Jump your legs forward so they’re near your hands (squat thrust movement) jump up in the air. That’s one burpee. Do as many as you can in 30 seconds.
Put your hands on the ground, legs behind you in a press-up position; make sure your back is straight and your bum isn’t in the air. Keep your hips and bum lower than your shoulders, maintain a tight core throughout by tensing! Remember to breathe! Now run your knees in to your chest in turn.
Perform 10 sets,
each exercise is for 30 seconds so you are only working for a minute and a half! This is such little time but will work you A LOT and you will be SHATTERED!
Rest only 30 seconds between each set.
