I am a young fitness entrepreneur with a range of qualifications from national diplomas, coaching qualifications, sports science degree as well as my personal training certifications. My motive in life is very simple, I strive to inspire others through health and fitness to encourage individuals to lead an active lifestyle.
SOPHIT'S BODY BLITZ
This programme allows you to engage in 12 or 8 weeks of training.
If you are a complete beginner, please complete all 12 weeks (Pre-training & weeks 1-8).
If you are a regular exerciser, then i suggest starting the plan at week 1 through to week 8 (exclude pre-training).
The beauty of this exercise guide is that it can be done either at home or in the gym. Minimal equipment is required
This guide comprises of 3 different training methods to enhance physique modification
- HIIT - High intensity interval training
- LISS - Low impact steady state training.
